These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website kacexpedite.com (the “Website”), operated by Kac Expedite LLC (“KAC Expedite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The SMS Terms in Section 6 apply only if you choose to opt in to receive text messages from us. Agreeing to these Terms does not mean you have agreed to receive text messages.

Program and brand

Brand: Kac Expedite LLC. Kac Expedite LLC uses SMS messaging to communicate with truck drivers about daily transportation operations.

Program description

This is an operational, non-marketing messaging program. Messages may include:

  • Dispatch instructions
  • Load assignments
  • Pickup and delivery coordination
  • Driver scheduling
  • Shipment status updates
  • Other operational communications between dispatch and drivers

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

How to opt in

You can opt in by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on the contact form on our Website and providing your mobile phone number. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number without checking the box does not enroll you in SMS messages.

Message frequency and cost

Opting out and help

  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
